Leo has over 15 years of combined work experience in People Management, Training, Human Resources and Organizational Development.

 

He has trained employees from all functional groups, and across different levels for a variety of industries in BPO, Shipping, Manufacturing and Service industries to name a few.  A well-rounded Learning and HROD professional, he has effectively designed and delivered a wide range of Learning and OD Solutions – from Personal skills enhancement, Leadership Development to Culture Building.

 

Leo started working in 1999 with the recognized pioneer BPO organization in the Philippines.  With his passion for Learning and Development, he went on to assume various roles in training and leadership development.

 

His love for people development brought him overseas where he served as a Training and Leadership Consultant for a Corporate Governance Consultancy firm based in Singapore.  While overseas, he also worked on high profile cases involving companies with Corporate Governance issues.  He came back to the Philippines to share his wealth of knowledge and experience for various industries in 2008 before becoming a full time Managing Consultant for LJMB.

 

Leo is a member of the TOPS Toastmasters’ Club of Makati.  He finished Business Administration, Major in Computer Applications in DLSU – College of Saint Benilde.
